The Management Team is led by a seasoned group of business professionals with deep experience as business leaders, entrepreneurs, consultants, and technologists.
- James (Jim) Griffin, President – Jim’s role is not only President but also includes consulting roles such as Senior Technical Architect, Senior Business Strategist, and Senior Business Information Architect. He is recognized internationally as being an expert in the field of SAP/BW and Teradata integration. Probably the most important role, however, is that of company visionary. Jim’s insight into the workings of fortune 100 companies has led Datric to develop Business Intelligence products, services, and strategies that meet the needs of both large and small companies. Prior to co-founding Datric, Jim was a Principal Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC. SAP practice and prior to that was the IS Manager for Westinghouse, Inc.
- Doyle Shelton, Director of Operations – Doyle’s role is that of day-to-day operations and direction. Additionally, he handles the contracting, interviewing, hiring, and deployment of both Datric personnel and sub-contractors. From the start of Datric, Doyle has handled the E-Commerce business and continues in that role. Prior to co-founding Datric, Doyle was the E-Commerce Manager for Lucent Technologies.
- James (Jim) Giffin, Director of Technology – Jim’s role is to oversee technical operations and direction for Datric which includes Datric.Net, Datric’s SAP System, service offerings, and technical working environment. In addition, Jim is recognized as an expert in the field of Teradata BW integration using TVAS and UDC services. When needed, Jim is also continuing his role as a SAP Consultant knowledgeable in ABAP, Basis and other technical areas of SAP. Prior to joining Datric as a Partner, Jim was a SAP Consultant for PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLC.
- James Newland, VP Alliances and Solutions – James is responsible for creating and maintaining alliances with business partners as well as finding new and innovative solutions for clients. In this role James 'wears many hats', including marketing, consulting, and product/solution design. Prior to joining Datric, James was a Senior Consultant with BearingPoint, Inc.
- Odell Witherspoon, Controller – Odell is responsible for Datric’s financial health which includes, billing, accounts payable, forecasting, statements, analysis and reporting. He handles all requests for audits, and develops financial procedures as required. Prior to joining Datric in 2003, Odell was with the Financial Controller’s organization of Westinghouse, Inc.
- Chris Beck, Manager of Technical Services – Chris is responsible for the development, delivery and ongoing management of all Datric Web applications. In addition, Chris evaluates and develops technological processes and solutions that help Datric work more efficiently as an organization. Prior to joining Datric in February of 2007, Chris spent his time on the fore-front of enterprise Web application development, most recently as a lead developer, architect and consultant for Wachovia Bank, N.A. Chris has been developing award-winning Web sites and applications since 1995, and has a passion for Web standards, agile methodologies, and bleeding-edge technologies.
- Scott Sleeper, Chief Technology Officer – Scott is responsible for providing strategy and architecture direction for Datric and its key clients, as well as direction and enhancements of Datric’s business intelligence products and services. Prior to Scott’s role within Datric, Scott was the CTO for Tanning Technology, founder and principal of the Infusion Group LLC and Director of Teradata’s SAP Integration COE. Scott’s expertise spans 4 generations of technology and he has provided instrumental expertise for organizations such as Kaiser Permanente, Ameritech, Ameritrade, Royal Bank of Canada, PepsiCo, Qantas Airlines, Maersk Sealand and many others. Scott continues to provide industry recognized innovative real world solutions through architecture consulting, product advisory and speaking engagements on a global basis.
