Trading Partner Certification

In a fast-paced E-Commerce business, any down time is considered to be too much. Your business depends on it. So how do you manage the change when upgrading translators, software, standards or systems? A quick view of the certification process:

  1. First, we will define a “roadmap” of activities required to complete the project.
  2. After your approval, we will define a Statement of Work (SOW) for your approval outlining the tasks, responsibilities, and time line.
  3. Until the approval of the SOW, you are under no obligation whatsoever.
  4. As we begin the project, each step along the way is defined, reported and measured for success or failure so you will always know the complete status.
