- First, we will define a “roadmap” of activities required to complete the project.
- After your approval, we will define a Statement of Work (SOW) for your approval outlining the tasks, responsibilities, and time line.
- Until the approval of the SOW, you are under no obligation whatsoever.
- As we begin the project, each step along the way is defined, reported and measured for success or failure so you will always know the complete status.
