DX-Trader – Web-Based Electronic Document Delivery
Datric’s DX-Trader is an E-Commerce solution ideal for ERP Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) environments. It is designed for SAP and accommodates most other ERP systems as well. In a typical DX-Trader installation, the client will communicate with vendors using some or all of the following documents:
- Purchase Orders
- PO Acknowledgments

- Transportation Documents
- Invoices
Translation
Documents usually need to be translated both going out and coming in. Whether it is from IDOC to EDI or spreadsheet to IDOC or most anything in between, DX-Trader includes the translation capabilities required.
Customer Support
Customer Support for DX-Trader is excellent and includes many options such as 800 number support, e-mail notifications, PDA alerts, and automated reporting. Depending on the need, virtually any level of Customer Support can be provided and tailored specifically to a client’s need. Customer Support is backed up by Service Level Agreements included in the contract.
Operation
DX-Trader is run using Datric-owned and maintained servers hosted by Peak-10 Data Center in Charlotte, NC. Peak-10 is a world-class data center with multiple levels of security (network and physical), redundant communication, power-supplies and HVAC systems. DX-Trader is operational 24x7 every day of the year with the exception of a weekly two-hour window for maintenance and archival.
Reporting
Datric provides robust standard reporting, including:
- Documents processed during a time period.
- By vendor, by date, etc.
- Documents received but not acknowledged by vendor
- EDI documents sent and accepted, rejected
