Agile Data Suite for Education (ADS-ED)
ADS-ED is the educational model extensions for Agile Data Suite. This extension was designed to help our customers meet the demands of intensive data integration and reporting efforts such as those mandated by ‘No Child Left Behind’ and State-wide initiatives such as longitudinal data warehouses. ADS-ED can be scaled for projects ranging from local-level to national-level.
Included with the educational data model are hundreds of educational terms and definitions that support terminology and best practices from the National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) and Schools Interoperability Framework (SIF) standards.
ADS-ED allows you to easily map fields from many disparate sources to common definitions and structures in the educational model. Because ADS uses an object-oriented approach, changing the definition or adding an alias for a term does not affect any mappings. Furthermore, mapping new systems to the common definition automatically establishes mappings to all other systems sharing that term and definition.
ADS-ED is available as an appliance or as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). Purchase of the appliance or certain SaaS contracts includes annual model updates. With both, you get:
